Who are you?
Good question: I define myself as more of a music lover in general before I define myself as an artist. Since I was little I have always had a weakness for everything related to this world, but if I had to describe myself in three words I would tell you:
-Instinctive: My creative process is based a lot on my perceptions, and when I follow my instinct it's as if my music composes itself.
– Hungry: I am hungry for knowledge, for musical culture;
-Open-minded: I feel ready to welcome new challenges, new collaborations, new ideas.
Where are you from?
Hi, I'm Simone Lucchese (aka Hoise) and I live in the province of Palermo, Italy. The scene here is predominantly Rap, Indie, Pop and R&B, which is why I feel the need to stand out by trying to bring a fresh sound, very influenced by the different subgenres of EDM (especially dubstep / drum and bass) but remaining clean and usable at a wider audience!
