Who are you?
I am Baby Dezzy, formerly known as BCF Dezzy, I am a young musical artist, entrepreneur, musician, music producer, film producer, basketball player, and student, so I make a ton of money but not too much because I am focused on just music and school, don’t take that as a flex, I am very humble.
When I was just three years old, I developed a passion for music that has stayed with me throughout my life. My upbringing had a lot to do with it; my two oldest brothers owned a record label and a recording studio, and my dad, sister, and oldest brother are all singers. Even my former girl-friend, I call her Princess, but anyway, she is a singer in disguise also, which is pretty funny. Music has always been my therapy during tough times, when I'm going through something like I am now with my gir MNNNNNNN, I just throw on some tunes and express my feelings through musical expression. It has inspired me to become an artist myself and encourage others to pursue music as a way of healing and self-expression. In fact, in 2011 when I was three, I made my first song which became a big hit in Minneapolis and I've been pursuing my passion for music ever since.
I am an exceptional musician with a wide-ranging and diverse style. I'm not your average rapper. That means I'm into all kinds of music, whether it's rap, pop, R&B, or gospel. My former girl-friend, well I don’t know the status between us yet, but anyway, she admires my ability to create music that stands out from the current trends in rap or hip hop today.
I'm also multi-talented when it comes to playing musical instruments, drums, keyboard, organ, guitar, you name it. I like to have my hands in everything, that's why the ladies love me, nah I’m just playing, princess don’t come after me. But on a serious note, I am all about dedicating myself to my craft and not falling into the trap of laziness that seems to be prevalent among our generation. Music is my passion, so I want to explore all of its different facets.
My album showcases my versatility, featuring both upbeat and low-key tracks that provide a unique perspective for listeners. I have invested a great deal of effort and passion into this project, and I am confident that the audience will recognize and appreciate my talent.
Where are you from?
I am from the great city of Minneapolis, more of the northern part of Minneapolis or what people call the “Northside” not far from Downtown Minneapolis. I come from a very unique background, I can say I lived in the hood but I am not of the hood, I am not a product of my environment. I was raised mainly in a black church, not in my younger years but like the age of 13 and up. Being from the Northside, I was surrounded by Hip-Hop culture, Minneapolis is no New York or Detroit or like LA which has created its own sound of Hip-Hop but we have a lot of young talent in the city and hopefully, I’m one of them.

I am present on every platform, so finding me is never a problem. Get ready for the release of "My Best Mistake" in March-May 2024, which will be available on all platforms. And that's not all, the music video for "Dear, Princess" will follow, and I can confidently say that it's going to be an absolute masterpiece. So, stay tuned and enjoy the ride!
